The Joint Council for Cosmetic Practitioners (JCCP) and the Cosmetic Practice Standards Authority (CPSA) would like to clarify their position on hair restoration surgery (HRS). The JCCP is the newly constituted ‘self-regulating’ body for non-surgical cosmetic procedures and hair restoration surgery (HRS). HRS is one of the modalities for which standards for both training and practice are being set by CPSA. The JCCP would like to confirm that all previous press releases apply to both hair restoration surgery and non-surgical cosmetic procedures.
